Definitions and paraphrased context with use of personal experience as background knowledge for making a connection to word meaning. The following terms will be the focus of the paraphrased context on slides on a new program: Adobe Voice.

First hour pledge Chapters 10 & 11 Quizlet If time permits after all of this week's lessons are finished . . . Chapters 12 & 13 during reading matching Read 12 - WE, as a team, practice active reading by annotating a copy of text. - Students will annotate then summarize/paraphrase the first two sections of the text provided - including any vocabulary. - Define vocabulary while read using the Google Dictionary extension. Definitions will be annotated on the copy of the text. Chapter twelve words are numbers 1-8 on the vocabulary sheet; the following letters match the definitions for the words in this chapter: B, E, I, J, L, N, O, P |
