1. Class discussion/lecture about work ethic and setting goals for Q2 . . . no more allowing your brain to turn to mush . . . no lazy brains. Make good choices
2. IXL diagnostics and identify Q2 target skills - all skills at and below 7th grade. 7th grade skills are now required with a SMART score of 80. The 6th grade and below skills need a SMART score of 100. DO NOT FORGET TO BE FILLING IN YOUR SKILL LOG FOR EVERY SKILL YOU MASTER OR MAKE PROFICIENCY. 3. MLA formatting practice via compound sentence/coordinating conjunctions (FANBOYS)

LUNCH MENU: NO lunch on ½ days
Do to the ½ day, students will have a chance to catch up on late Q2 assignments, organize binders, organize Google Drive folders, finish IXL diagnosing, get to digging out of the lowest skill gaps in IXL. Some are still in Pre-K through 3rd grade. |
